The Beginning

May 12th,2020

E'Mond James Shepherd started Shepherd Memorial Service with his Great Grandmother Johnetta Jones & God Mother Dorothy Smith. Shepherd Memorial started for families who couldn't celebrate their loved ones properly during the Covid 19 Virus, memorials were an opportunity to celebrate and have a service once the number of cases increased. June 27th, 2020 E'Mond received his First Proclamation, from the city of East Saint Louis. Under the Leadership of Former Mayor Robert Eastern Ill. Shepherd Memorial served over 37 Families by the end of the Year Of 2020.

Venice Location

January 20th, 2023

Shepherd Memorial Service opened up at 502 Broadway Venice, IL. E'Mond then started doing his photography shoots at that location. E'Mond built up his clientele in the area and served families in the Madison county area. E'Mond started doing grave blankets & casket wraps & engraving. Shepherd Memorial stayed at the Venice location until June of 2024.

Current Location

June 19th,2024

E'Mond opened up another location at 1735 Pontoon Rd, Grantie City, IL. E Mond later changed the name to Shepherd Memorial & Photography Services Chapel LLC. Our Story will continue to grow. Sewing two locations by The Grace Of God.
